Join Craig Makhosi and Antony StoneCraig has over 18 years experience with men’s work and Antony is in support.

For those new to men’s work. Why men’s work?Because too many men are silently carrying the weight of their pain, disconnected from their truth.Men’s work offers a space to be seen, heard, and supported by other men on the path of becoming whole again.Think of how the men of the tribe once sat around the sacred fire, sharing, listening, growing. This is a modern-day return to that ancient way of being together, in honour and brotherhood.

We’ll begin with a warm welcome and brief introduction at 2PM at the 2 Birds Studio, nestled in the heart of Hout Bay. Please aim to be on site at 1:45pm.From there, we’ll walk together, barefoot and in silence, for about 10 minutes to the Hout Bay sand dunes. This mindful walk sets the tone for presence, grounding, and deep connection with the land and one another. At the dunes, we’ll gather in circle for a full check-in, grounding, and invocation. We’ll connect with our breath, move through a healing meditation, and open a safe space for truth-telling and vulnerability. This is a sacred circle where men come together to listen, speak from the heart, and support one another, free from judgment, hierarchy, or competition. From the dunes, we’ll return to the 2 Birds Studio and drop into deeper men’s work, including archetype exploration and shadow integration. Here, men are invited to meet what arises; fear, grief, rage, tenderness, and to explore these through embodied presence, movement, and compassionate witnessing.
