Think you know your moss stitch from your garter stitch? Your vermillion from your chartreuse? Confident you could tell the difference between cotton and viscose just by feeling them? Ever been to a quiz night and wished the rounds were about fashion, shoes, colours, or crafts instead of sport?

Then we’ve got the quiz night for you.

The Cape Town Craft Club brings creative people together to make things in a laid-back, fun, and judgement-free space. And to wrap up 2025, we’re hosting Cape Town’s very first Big Christmas Craft Quiz.

Expect• A fun, festive night of questions and answers• Craft-themed rounds (think textiles, colours, tools, fashion, DIY and more)• Prizes!• A relaxed space to hang out with creative people• A quiz night where there is guaranteed no flag round

Everyone’s welcome – even if you can’t tell the difference between cross- stitch and embroidery. Come flex your craft knowledge or learn something new!

Your ticket includes a welcome drink and a snack.

LocationWe’re meeting at Arthur’s Mini Super. Park on Arthur’s Road, but if you can’t find parking there, then Main Road and Beach Road are a few steps away. If you’d like to order more drinks and dinner, their kitchen is ready and waiting for you!
