A rare night with a true pioneer.
Charles Webster is one of house music’s most respected figures — a producer, DJ, and sonic storyteller whose influence runs deep across both UK and South African dancefloors. From his cult classic All Systems Gone to his latest album Decision Time (featuring a rare Burial co-production), Charles continues to push boundaries with soul, depth and precision. His deep connection to South Africa stretches back decades, from the Presence anthem Better Day to recent collaborations with Sio, Hotstix Mabuse and FKA Mash. This is a chance to witness an underground legend in a properly tuned, intimate setting — surrounded by a lineup of selectors who live and breathe this music.
Lineup Highlights:Leighton Moody (Soulsideup / We House Sundays)A key figure in SA’s deep house movement, Leighton is co-founder of We House Sundays and known for emotionally rich DJ sets that blend textures and storytelling. With two decades in the scene, he’s graced top festivals like CTEMF, Oppikoppi and Bazique, and shared stages with icons like Kerri Chandler, Dixon and Atjazz.
Cassiem Latief (We House Sundays)A staple of the Cape Town electronic scene for over a decade, Cassiem helped launch We House Sundays and True Music Pop- Up Club. With roots in soul, jazz, and classic house, and releases on labels like Nomadiq Music and Solun Concepts, his sets are deep, warm and always dancefloor-ready.
Erefaan Pearce (FONO)Respected Cape Town selector and producer, Erefaan Pearce founded the 77Soul label in the early 2000s to showcase his deeper cuts — including his own work and contributions to multiple Deeper Sounds compilations, including a solo edition now considered a classic. His label- focused compilation for Kinkysweet Records’ Afterdark series placed him alongside Osunlade, Jamie Thinnes, and Jon Cutler. With remixes for Demarkus Lewis, Lidell Townsell, Diamond Dealer, Craig De Sousa and more, and releases across Kolour, Pin Up, Seasons, and Eyedyllic Music, Erefaan continues to evolve with more music expected in 2025.
Expect:An evening of timeless deep house energy, great sound, and an appearance by an international guest to shake things up.
