This August, we bring the spirit of Cape Town Carnival to our sessions. A celebration of movement, music, and the people who make this city what it is. We’re showing up with colour, connection, and a beat we can all move to, no matter where we’re from. Different backgrounds, same rhythm. Come dressed to express, ready to dance.

Get ready to crank up the fun and dress UP to get DOWN! Monthly competition running from May 2025 - April 2026, we’re bringing the vibe for AUGUST with our “Cape Town Carnival” theme and running a Best Dressed Competition at each session.

Our facilitators will select the Top 3 looks—and the public will crown the one who OUT-DRESSED the rest!

Prizes worth R 1,200 from our fave feel-good brands—Happy Culture & Wazoogles—are up for grabs.
