You’re invited to join us at café Roux for an empowering fundraising event featuring a live performance by the acclaimed Zolani. This special evening is designed to raise awareness and support for survivors of gender-based violence, leveraging the power of music and community activism for a memorable night of solidarity.

The event supports the innovative work of Gender Rights In Tech (GRIT), a tech-based non-profit dedicated to empowering survivors of gender-based violence. GRIT utilises cutting-edge tech solutions like AI chatbots and mobile applications, along with partnerships with pro bono legal services, to increase reporting rates and provide direct support to survivors in challenging situations.

Why Attend?

This event offers more than just a musical experience - it’s an opportunity to stand in solidarity with survivors of gender-based violence. Zolani, a beloved figure in music and a respected advocate for social justice, lends her voice to support and inspire. Her music not only entertains but also educates and empowers, making this evening a pivotal moment for community engagement and action against gender-based violence.

Join us for an unforgettable evening where music meets mission, and every ticket helps write a new story of hope and support for survivors.

BOOKING NOTES

If you can’t get the table configuration you want and end up booking seats on different tables as a result, please do so under the same email address and we’ll automatically put you together on one table. In fact, any seats booked under the same email address we will assume are together and arrange seating at one table. If this is not the case, however, or if you are booking with friends under different email addresses, just let us know and we’ll make a plan to seat you together. If the event appears sold-out, or you want to add to an existing booking, the same applies - just drop us an email to events@caferoux.co.za and we’ll do our best to make a plan!

If you struggle with the booking or online payment process, or want to swap tables, we can’t help with that - so please contact Quicket on support@quicket.co.za. And, if you can’t make the show and want to try to resell your tickets, please make use of Quicket’s secondary ticket sale option online - or let us know and we’ll try to sell your tickets on the door.
