After 2 sold-out shows at café Roux this year, Duck Chowles, Andy Murray and The Retro Rewind Band will be back on Saturday 15 March 2025 with Duck’s critically-acclaimed, hit show, to once again present an unforgettable evening of musical harmony, featuring the greatest hits of The Beatles and Simon & Garfunkel!

Duck Chowles, renowned, phenomenal performer, producer and director of Barnyard Theatre Productions, and celebrated as “The Chameleon of Rock ‘n’ Roll” for his spot-on impersonations of music icons like John Lennon, Mick Jagger, and Jim Morrison, amongst others, is something of a legend and he and Andy Murray have been at the forefront of the South African entertainment scene for over three decades. They first collaborated in 1993 at The National Arts Festival in Grahamstown with “Sticky Fingers: A Tribute to The Rolling Stones” and have since performed together in numerous hit shows, including “Sixty Something”, “Roll Over Beethoven”, “Glory Days”, and” Station 70”. Critics have praised Andy Murray for his skilful guitar playing and for being “inimitably dexterous” on both both lead guitar and vocals.One of Duck and Andy’s trademarks is their harmonious blend, capturing the signature Beatles sound. Their show “The Fab 4 – A Tribute to The Beatles” toured extensively in South Africa, Zimbabwe and Namibia, and achieved sold-out success at the Madinat Theatre in Dubai’s Jumeirah Hotel in 2013.

If you can’t get the table configuration you want and end up booking seats on different tables as a result, please do so under the same email address and we’ll automatically put you together on one table. In fact, any seats booked under the same email address we will assume are together and arrange seating at one table. If this is not the case, however, or if you are booking with friends under different email addresses, just let us know and we’ll make a plan to seat you together. If the event appears sold-out, or you want to add to an existing booking, the same applies - just drop us an email to events@caferoux.co.za and we’ll do our best to make a plan!
