Academically-trained musician and composer, Navia (Michal Shababo née Hoffman) has returned to her childhood home of Cape Town for just under a year before she continues abroad again. She wishes to share stories and music while she is visiting this beloved city.

Navia is a folk-rock singer-songwriter with a message of unity and hope sewn into her lyrics. Her album “Breathe It In” was mastered by Grammy-winning sound engineer Emily Lazar. She has been traveling for the past year and a half, visiting 16 countries, with her family, in Asia, Europe, North America and Africa. Her concert tells stories from these travels with original and cover songs woven into the stories.

She has performed internationally in countries such as the USA, Israel, Thailand, India, South Africa and Portugal. She performs live with multiple instruments, mainly piano and guitar. Her recordings can be found on all digital platforms.

BOOKING NOTES

If you can’t get the table configuration you want and end up booking seats on different tables as a result, please do so under the same email address and we’ll automatically put you together on one table. In fact, any seats booked under the same email address we will assume are together and arrange seating at one table.

If this is not the case, however, or if you are booking with friends under different email addresses, just let us know and we’ll make a plan to seat you together.
