The Immersion is Back—And We’re Turning Up the Heat (and the Chill)!We’re thrilled to announce the return of The Immersion—a unique 3-part Secret Sunrise series happening on the first Saturday of June, July, and August. This isn’t just about dancing—it’s an invitation to challenge your body and mind through guided movement, breathwork, and the invigorating finale: a collective cold water immersion.

It’s a celebration of our bodies as vessels of joy and resilience. Come ready to connect, move, breathe, and plunge into a soul-tingling experience to music. This guided session is suitable for all levels, but if you’re not up for getting wet, this one might not be for you. Bring a bathing suit, a warm layer for after, and a willingness to feel alive!

We are teaming up with SHU SHU SAUNA & Happy Culture for the immersion series: There will be Sauna Tickets at checkout if you are keen to Heat up after the Secret Sunrise Session as well as some Happy Culture goodies for you!

We’re Going Back to Our Roots… Dressing UP!

Get ready to crank up the fun, dust off your wildest dreams, and dress UP to get DOWN! Monthly competition running from May 2025 - April 2026, we’re bringing the vibe JUNE with our “Your Favourite Superhero” theme and running a Best Dressed Competition at each session.

Our facilitators will select the Top 3 looks—and the public will crown the one who OUT-DRESSED the rest!

Prizes worth R 1,200 from our fave feel-good brands—Happy Culture & Wazoogles—are up for grabs.

New to Secret Sunrise? You’re in for something magical. We’ll kit you out with wireless headphones and guide you through an unforgettable blend of dance, play, connection, and meditation. All ages, all bodies, all fitness levels—everyone is welcome.
