Reframing Challenging Behaviours is not about power struggles or manipulating your child/partner/colleague so you can get your own way… it’s about Collaborative Problem Solving. This was not necessarily taught to us or role modelled for us in our family of origin so this is deep work to be cycle breakers of generational patterns of dealing with difficult behaviour.

We’ll explore 3 plans for solving problems and workshop real life scenarios to help you feel more successful in your day-to-day interactions.

We will also lean into a superpower that does not always come naturally to us when dealing with big feelings… EMPATHY!

Join us to shift your mindsets and upgrade your skill sets to feel more calm in the chaos.

Mandy Herold is a former school principal turned Performance Coach and Professional Speaker with over 25 years of experience in education. Now a small business owner and entrepreneur, she is passionate about Connection, CliftonStrengths, and Brave Leadership. Mandy’s energetic and authentic approach makes her a powerful catalyst for change. She creates spaces where people feel safe, seen, and supported — helping them make meaningful shifts in their thinking and behaviour. She blends neuroscience, emotional regulation, and practical tools to help educators reframe ‘challenging behaviour’ as a gateway to deeper connection, not just correction. Known for her warmth, humour, and real-world insights, Mandy equips teachers and school leaders with strategies that shift the lens from “What’s wrong with this child?” to “What’s happening for this child?” fostering calmer classrooms, stronger relationships, and more resilient humans. Offstage, she’s a coffee snob, child-whisperer, proud wife, and student mom, listening deeply and cheering people on.
