Non-Refundable Ticket Policy: Chasing Sunsets

All ticket purchases for “Chasing Sunsets” are final and non-refundable. Once a ticket is purchased, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Change of Mind No refunds will be granted for changes in personal circumstances or if the ticket holder decides not to attend the event for any reason.

Event Postponement In the unlikely event that “Chasing Sunsets” is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. No refunds will be issued, but tickets can be transferred to the new event date.

Event Cancellation If the event is fully canceled, refund policies will be communicated, and ticket holders will be given the option to transfer their ticket to a future event or receive a refund, depending on the organizer’s decision.

Force Majeure No refunds will be issued in the case of force majeure events (e.g., extreme weather, government regulations, or other circumstances beyond the organizer’s control) that impact the ability to host the event.
