Come celebrate Spring in the heart of the Cape Floral Kingdom at the 2025 Darling Wildflower Show—a century-old community event that continues to inspire awe among visitors. Hosted by the Darling Wildflower Society together with the Darling Sport Club and driven by the Darling community, this annual event is one of the oldest consecutive wildflower exhibitions in the world. The 2025 theme, Conservation, Restoration and Education, reflects the community’s commitment to protecting the irreplaceable natural heritage of the region.

At the heart of the show is a meticulously landscaped wildflower exhibition and species table, showcasing the intricate matrix of threatened ecosystems—including Granite Renosterveld, Strandveld, Sand Fynbos, and Seasonal Renosterveld wetlands—that together form the rich botanical tapestry of the region. The Darling Wildflower Show brings together conservation and community—inviting visitors to experience, learn from, and help protect the wildflowers that make this region so extraordinary.
