About Van Der AvenVan Der Aven is an Afrikaans alternative rock band made up of three Karoo-born musicians: Theunis, Roelof, and Paul. Their unique blend of three-part harmonies and original lyrics sets them apart. Since their formation in 2022, they’ve shared the stage with Francois van Coke, Die Heuwels Fantasties, Jeremy Loops, and Spoegwolf—both locally and internationally—among many others.
