You’re tired in your bones. You wake up already weary. You move through your days holding everyone else together, but somewhere along the way, you’ve lost touch with yourself.
Rest feels out of reach. Not because you don’t want it, but because something inside whispers that you haven’t earned it.
But here’s the truth: rest isn’t indulgence. It’s fuel.
This isn’t another workshop asking you to do more.
This is a restshop, a guided journey into slowing down, noticing, and giving your nervous system the deep exhale it’s been craving.
What You’ll Experience
Rituals for Rest – The Art of Noticing is a carefully held space for just 12 women. Together, we’ll move gently through practices designed to calm, restore, and reconnect you with yourself:
Cacao Sharing Circle — A soft landing to open your heart, share stories, and arrive fully.Somatic Movement to Music — Loosening blocked energy and remembering the joy of movement.Sit Spot Reflection in Nature — Time to simply be, letting stillness restore your nervous system.Yoga Nidra — A deeply restorative practice that offers the kind of rest you’ve been longing for.
And between it all? Space. Space to breathe, sip a nourishing cacao or tea, nibble on wholesome snacks, and, if you feel called, dip into a natural pool (weather permitting).
This isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about remembering yourself.

Your Facilitator for The MorningJoanne has dedicated her work to the ‘Art of Rest,’ guiding women to de-stress, reconnect, and restore their vitality. Trained in movement and group exercise, CBT, sleep science, and as a certified Yoga Nidra facilitator, she also works as a dream guide. With 14 years’ experience in the health food industry, she has a deep connection to the sacred plant cacao, and she co-facilitates nature connection experiences with her husband. Joanne created this unique offering to guide you into a deeply rested state.
