This extraordinary hour- long joyful movement experience is expertly guided through headphones and is designed for all ages!At Secret Sunrise, we believe in the power of connection and joy, and this event is no exception! You’ll receive headsets upon arrival and be led by our amazing facilitators, who will engage you in movement, mindfulness, and fun connection—all while grooving to the beat!
