The Africa Tourism Investment Conference, in partnership with JLL, at WTM Africa 2025 will feature a wealth of engaging content, including an overview of economic and tourism trends across the continent, as well as insights from successful investors, development finance institutions (DFIs), local funders, banks, and operators.

Destinations will share best practices for attracting investment, while investors will discuss the challenges and constraints they encounter, along with their successes when support is effective. We will also examine the real estate sector, focusing on hotels, resorts, villas, game lodges, and other accommodations that serve as the foundation for tourism investment, as well as ancillary facilities like golf courses and conference centres.

A key topic will be the ongoing imperative to ensure that tourism operations are sustainable from environmental and resource perspectives, as well as in terms of community involvement and benefits. We will explore how these factors influence investment strategies.
