You’ll be guided by our facilitators through a unique blend of movement, play, dance, and mindfulness, all synced to a curated soundtrack that lifts you all the way up.

It’s part workout, part meditation, part music-fuelled joy explosion.

No booze. No judgment. Just good humans, good tunes, and the courage to let go.Each month brings a new theme, a new playlist, and a community ready to move from the inside out.

For the past 5 years this inspired organisation has taken the headsets and the Secret Sunrise formula and added joy tools - to bring much needed emotional and mental wellness to youth and children.
