Hosted at Hästens Cape Town, this intimate experience invites guests to step out of the noise of daily life and into a carefully curated ritual of calm. Upon arrival, guests will enjoy Rest & Recover, It’s All Good Supplements’ magnesium-rich evening blend, designed to help the body unwind and the mind quieten before the sound journey begins.

The evening centres around an orchestral sound bath facilitated by Floatspace Collective, led by sound healers Kerstin De Beer (KDB) and Jesse Gillis. This is a multi-instrument sound journey that goes far beyond traditional sound baths, weaving together layers of resonance, rhythm, and harmonic tones to support nervous system regulation and deep relaxation.

Guests will recline on Hästens’ world-renowned handcrafted beds, made exclusively from natural materials and designed through generations of Swedish craftsmanship. The combination of exceptional physical support and immersive sound creates a rare opportunity to experience rest on every level.
