It’s ROUND SIX of the Western Province Drag Racing Championship.

By now everybody knows who their closest rivals are; for the leaders it’s all about consistency over the few remaining events, while for the challengers it’s time to raise their game.

Bracket racing is the most complex drag racing discipline. It demands a lot more skill from the driver than does straight heads-up racing – but the burnouts will be just as epic and the adrenalin levels will be even higher.

It’s time to go big or go home – be there to watch the drama unfold.

Killarney’s Drag Days are all about purpose built drag racers, lightweight bodies fitted with highly modified, insanely powerful engines and huge ultra- soft ‘wrinkly’ tyres.

But there are classes for everything, including superbikes and street cars, so you’re guaranteed a
full day of straight-line action.

This is the real deal - American-style drag racing, complete with a ‘Christmas Tree’ of yellow lights counting down to an explosive launch.

And it’s a FAMILY FESTIVAL with kiddies’ play areas, ice-cold beverages and delicious food (including halaal).
