The one, the only, the legendary ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW has hit the half century mark! Come join us on Halloween night to celebrate its 50th anniversary with an exciting audience participation screening.

Since 1975, the cult classic musical film the Rocky Horror Picture Show has thrilled audiences around the globe. Still as irresistibly fun and fresh as always, the phenomenon is still going strong. Join us at the 21st annual HORRORFEST to put some fun back into Halloween weekend for this special audience participation screening (the best, if not only way to experience the movie!), on Friday night, 31 October.

We’re looking at making some Rocky Horror T-shirts and possibly other merch options available to pre-order here and / or at the screening - stay tuned!)

The rousing party atmosphere of this gem will light up the Labia Theatre, the audience encouraged to arrive dressed as any of the Rocky Horror characters, or anything wild, exotic, crazy, or Halloween-related. The HORRORFEST’s main Halloween dress-up event will be linked to THE MAKABRA ENSEMBLE live silent film soundtrack performance on Saturday night (1 Nov), but we will also pick out some great looks at ROCKY HORROR with prizes for the best outfits / costumes / make-up.

For those not bringing their own, or those unaware of all the extras that accompany the audience participation (from slices of toast, rice, newspapers, rubber gloves, playing cards etc.) The LoveCraft Experiment / Love In Vein will have a stall outside the cinema where you can purchase participation packs. Horrorfest merch including T-shirts, DVDs and books will also be available.
