Dr Simone Silver, Toni-Lynne Monger, Robyn Smith, Janet Dailey & Harriet Marshall bring together medical, psychological, physical, & soulful perspectives on women’s health. From science to self-discovery, from movement to meaning, this circle of experts invites you to explore your own rhythm, reconnect with your body & discover the joy and wisdom of this next chapter.

Simone will share her expertise on peri-menopause & menopause, drawing on her work in integrative & personalised medicine to help you better understand hormonal change & how to support your body through it.

Harriet will guide a yoga practice designed to support hormonal balance & emotional well-being, offering gentle, nourishing movement informed by years of working with women through life’s transitions.

Toni will offer a resistance-based movement session to strengthen, stabilise & empower the body, sharing her deep knowledge of physiotherapy & women’s health.

Robyn will lead a reflective dialogue on the emotional & psychological shifts that accompany this stage of life, bringing insight from her many years supporting women & couples through change.

Janet will share her wisdom on the transition into menopause on a soul level, drawing on her work in holistic healing, root wisdom for women & creative expression.
