This summer at Makers Landing, we’re turning up the heat with a season-long celebration of local flavour, creativity, and community. Join us for our Saturday Makers Summer Sessions — a vibrant line-up of hands-on cooking workshops and pop-up experiences led by some of South Africa’s most exciting food innovators. On Saturday, 6 December, we welcome Bianca Strydom to the Makers Landing Demo Kitchen for an immersive pasta-making workshop where you’ll learn to make fresh pasta from scratch, a show-stopping dish guaranteed to elevate all your summer gatherings.

About Bianca Strydom Bianca is a Cape Town–based chef-trained food creative, visual stylist, and curator known for her striking editorial work and thoughtful recipe development. With roots in fine dining and a natural flair for storytelling through food and design, she brings a refined, contemporary taste to every project she’s in.

LEARN TO MAKE YOUR OWN PASTA!? ??

Chef Bianca will teach you to create handkerchief-style pasta and beurre noisette sauce. You’ll also take your own pasta dough home with you and learn about easy and delicious make at home sauces to go with it.
