Join us for our Saturday Makers Summer Sessions — a vibrant line-up of hands-on cooking workshops and pop-up experiences led by some of South Africa’s most exciting food innovators. On Saturday, 20 December, we welcome Strone Henry aka Kos Gangsta to the Makers Landing Demo Kitchen for a Yellowtail Baja Taco workshop where you’ll learn to make this flavourful dish guaranteed to elevate all your summer gatherings.

About Strone Henry Strone Henry is a Cape Town–based chef-entrepreneur and the creative force behind Kos Gangsta, his way of showcasing bold street-food and pop-up dining concepts celebrated for it’s flavour-driven, community-rooted approach. Known for his inventive comfort-food dishes and dynamic food experiences, Strone blends culinary skill with authentic storytelling, bringing an unmistakably local, contemporary flair to every plate he creates. Yellowtail Baja Tacos with Kos Gangsta Chef Strone will teach you how to make your own Tacos from scratch and a lovely seafood summer-inspired filling.
