We are thrilled to announce our second workshop series, “Ageing Optimally: Embracing the Journey Ahead.” This series aims to empower individuals of all ages with the knowledge and tools to age well in South Africa. We believe that ageing should be a fulfilling and enriching journey for everyone, and we are here to provide you with the insights to make that possible. We encourage professionals working in elder care, care workers, older individuals, adult children with ageing parents, and mature adults entering elderhood to participate.
