Hello Campers and Clubbers!

We’re back with the 12th edition of Clubbers Campout, a unique event blending Cape Town’s top club DJs, live music, and camping under the stars. This February, get ready for an unforgettable weekend filled with great vibes, great company, and endless fun!

For the first time, we’re hosting at the stunning Nekkies Holiday Resort, just 15 minutes past the Huguenot Tunnel. This venue offers everything we’ve been looking for: improved facilities, electricity, a swimming pool, and a serene yet lively setting perfect for our community of partygoers.

At the heart of the camp, we’ll create an open-air nightclub with a state-of- the-art sound system, dazzling lighting, bars, sponsor activations, and performances by Cape Town’s best DJs. You’ll enjoy a curated mix of R&B, Hip Hop, Deep House, EDM, Amapiano, and more—all in one wholesome space.

The Venue: Nekkies Holiday Resort

Nekkies Holiday Resort is a well-established location for hosting large events, such as the Swallows Biker Rally. It provides the perfect setting for a unique camping and clubbing experience, featuring all the essentials required for an unforgettable weekend.

Facilities and Amenities:Ablution Facilities: The resort has four ablution blocks onsite to cater to guests.Camping Options: Some camping plots have electrical power points available. Additional points will be installed in areas without electricity. Campers should bring working extension cords, multi-plugs, LED lights, and chargers. (Note: No fridges are allowed.)Swimming Pool: A well-maintained swimming pool is available for relaxation during the event.

Event Features:We’ll transform the venue into an open-air nightclub at the heart of the camping area, fully equipped with:A main stage - A monster sound system - Ambient lighting - BarsSponsor activation areas - VIP decks - Performances by the city’s best DJs and entertainers

Safety and Convenience:Vehicle-Free Festival Zone: To ensure safety, all vehicles must be parked in a designated area within the resort.Shade: Campers are encouraged to bring materials to create shade at their campsites, as the February sun can be intense.Fires: Ground fires are strictly prohibited. However, portable braai stands and skottles are allowed.

Alcohol Policy:No glass alcohol products will be permitted on-site. Vehicles will be searched upon entry.Campers can bring spirits and shooters but must decant them into plastic bottles beforehand.Beers and ciders in tins or glass containers are strictly prohibited.

Entertainment:

Our entertainment line up will always be routed in the Cape Town Night Club scene along with live & headline acts performing on 1 stage.Entertainment details will be released on our social media platforms as we draw closer to #Campout2025

Various vendors will be onsite for those not wanting to cook.

Ticketing Prices:

TICKET BOOKINGS VIA QUICKET ONLY: https://qkt.io/XcQxUM This will allow us to track exactly how many campers are expected onsite and to cater for them accordingly with regards to security, ablution and medical staff as safety is our highest priority.

One Weekend Pass is valid from 9am on Friday 7th February 2025 till 3pm on Sunday 9 February 2025 (Includes general camping)

Gate Prices: Friday 7 Feb 2025 – R1000

Saturday Entry: We will not be making any tickets available at the gate on Saturday the 8th February AT ALL!Should you have friends wanting to join your campsite or are only able to make it on that day, a camper already on the premises will be able to buy tickets at our onsite office till 8pm for R600.That armband can then be taken to the gate and issued to waiting friends. This is again for safety of all campers.

GlampZone Bookings:

1 x GlampZone Booking is valid for the event duration as accommodation.It does not include your All Weekend Pass.Gates open from 9am Friday, 7 February 2025 and music stops at 4pm on Sunday 9 February 2025.The Glamp Zone will be enclosed with shade cloth and will only have 1 access point with 24 Hour Security. VIP Showers & Toilets and Ladies Vanity Area will be exclusively for GlampZone Campers, with a janitor service that will maintain the area.(Please bring your own power lead of at least 5m & a multi-plug along. It will be checked for faults before being plugged into our grid)
