Jo is a sleep coach and Yoga Nidra practitioner.Together, they walk this path alongside you, bringing an intuitive presence that creates a gentle, grounded space for reflection and healing.Healing Hikes began as their own practice for balance and well-being, and have since become a shared way of helping others reconnect with what truly matters.
