What to Expect:Inspiring main sessions from leaders and creatives who are passionate about worship, identity, unity, and sustainable creativity.4 focused breakout sessions—choose one that speaks to your role, passion, or curiosity.Powerful times of worship, spontaneous flow, and extended moments in God’s presence.Connection moments with fellow worshippers, creatives, and team leaders to share stories, ideas, and encouragement.A thoughtful goody bag to bless and inspire you.Please bring your own lunch—there’ll be a break to rest, eat, and connect.

Learn to listen, respond, and create as part of a united, Spirit-led sound rooted in identity.AV & Worship Atmosphere Workshop – Diego Domingo For tech teams, creatives, and stream operators—learn to shape worship spaces with excellence, creativity, and a heart to serve what God is doing in the room.

FAQ Questions:1. Who is this conference for?It’s for anyone involved in worship—whether you sing, play an instrument, lead worship, work behind the scenes with sound, visuals or streaming, or simply love the Church and creativity.

2. Do I need to be part of a worship team to attend?Nope! If you have a heart for worship, creativity, or want to grow in serving the Church, you’re welcome—regardless of your role or experience.

3. Can I come if I don’t go to Oakhill?Yes! This is an inter-church event, open to all churches, backgrounds, and team sizes.

4. What does the R200 fee cover?Access to all main sessions and one breakout session, worship moments, a goody bag, and connection opportunities. (Lunch not included.)

5. Is food provided?No, please bring your own lunch. There will be time to eat and connect during the break.There are also plenty of shops and restaurants nearby if you prefer to grab something locally. Plus, coffee and snacks will be available for sale at the event.

6. Can I choose more than one breakout session?Each person will attend one breakout session, so choose the one that best fits your role or area of interest.

7. Can I bring my team?Absolutely! We encourage worship teams to come together—it’s a great way to grow in unity and vision.

8. Is there child care?No childcare will be provided for this event.

Good to Know:Arrival & Check-In: Doors open at 08h30. Come early to check in, grab a coffee, and get settled before we start at 09h00.What to Bring: Bring your lunch, a notebook & pen, and your Bible if you’d like. Coffee and snacks will be available to purchase on-site, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby if you’d prefer to grab something locally.Parking: Free parking is available on-site at 64 Verdi Blvd, Durbanville, but parking is limited—so we encourage you to drive together as a team if possible.
