“South African atmospheric noise, drone, doom, sludge punk and post-metal trio, P+A+G+E+S, released their debut studio album, No More Can Be Done, on October 25th 2025. This will be the official album release show on Saturday, February 7th 2026, at the Masque Theatre in Muizenberg, Cape Town.

On this evening, P+A+G+E+S will be joined by the gothic swamp existential blues of Emmaleen Tangleweed with Lliezel Ellick and the hauntingly cinematic dreamscapes of Constellatia.

Emmaleen Tangleweed with Lliezel Ellick

Songwriter Emmaleen Tangleweed is joined by cellist, Lliezel Ellick, in a cross pollination of acoustic styles. Unique drone-like cello is perfectly married to percussive banjo and resonator. Constellatia

Constellatia is a metal band from Cape Town, South Africa, formed by Keenan Oakes and Gideon Lamprecht in September 2018. To date, the band has released two full-length albums, namely 2019’s, The Language of Limbs, and 2022’s, Magisterial Romance.

The band’s sound incorporates elements of post-metal, progressive rock and black metal with romantic, nostalgic and esoteric themes. The cinematic, dreamlike sequence of the music is the perfect backdrop for their lyrical musings that run the gamut between poetry and philosophy. Their third LP will be released in 2026.

P+A+G+E+S (FKA, ‘Morning Pages’, from 2014 – 2019) is a South African atmospheric noise, drone, doom, sludge punk and post-metal trio. They originally had their roots in post-rock & noise and, since 2017, pivoted toward a heavier, drudging tone. The members consist of Caitlin Mkhasibe (drums), Frank Lunar (bass), helo samo (guitar, vocals, sampling and textural noise).

THINGS TO KNOW:

• Children must have their own seat – no sitting on laps.

• No outside food or drinks are allowed. Refreshments are available for purchase inside.

• You’re welcome to take food and drinks into the theatre, but please return your glasses to the bar afterward.

• Free secure parking is available just 50 meters past the theatre (next to the Woodshop). The lot closes 30 minutes after the show ends. Please avoid parking in residential roads to keep access clear for local residents.
