A Women’s Day Breathwork GatheringSunday, 10 August 2025 | 10:30 – 13:30Rooftop on Bree, 107 Bree Street, Cape Town

Dear Sister,

This Women’s Day we gather 100 women beneath the vast African sky to breathe, to remember who we are, and to reconnect with the ancient rhythm that lives within us all.

Join us on a beautiful rooftop space in the heart of Cape Town, cradled by views of Table Mountain and the city’s wild, generous spirit.

This is event is a gift, there is no charge, and by invitation only.

What awaits you:

A guided Breathwork journey offered by Talitha Kotzé, Lucie McGregor, and Dr Leila Sadien as a sacred container to soften, release, and come back to self. Weather permitting the venue’s ceiling will open and we will lie under the open sky, the breath carrying us beyond the noise of daily life, back to the wisdom of our bodies and the calm certainty of our hearts beating together to create a beautiful field of coherence.

Expect deep rest. Expect to feel held. Expect to leave lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself, to each other, and to this ancient land beneath our feet.

Afterwards, we will be treated to a fynbos-infused non-alcoholic botanical cocktail by Mahala Gin and take a moment to sip, connect, and honour the land and one another as we drink in the fragrance of Cape Town’s fynbos kingdom and the mountain’s timeless presence.

Goody bags with Arrow coffee samples.

Attendance is by invitation only. Please book your complimentary ticket by 1 August 2025. For any questions contact Talitha at talitha.kotze@gmail.com / +27(0)824338736

Mahala is an alcohol-free, triple distilled spirit made in South Africa, using nine hand-sourced botanicals that are infused under vacuum to extract the flavour. “Mahala” is the Zulu slang word for “free”… Mahala Botanical is free from sugar, alcohol, colourants and artificial flavours. https://mahalabotanical.com/

Arrow Coffee is an artisan micro-roastery committed to small-batch, hand- roasted coffee, emphasising quality and sustainability. The full moon blend is our favourite, dark roast, low acidity, clean coffee, no jittery feelings after the pick-me-up https://arrowcoffee.co.za/product/full-moon-blend/
