Psych. sharing insight into mental wellness & emotional resilience.Somatic educator, Mia Steyn, sharing embodiment practices and mindfulness techniques to sense resilience and invite more of it into your body & life Personal stories from women & their lived experiences.Time to reflect, reconnect, and recharge.A joyful, themed Nia movement session guided by International Nia trainer Mia Steyn, & guest teachers — move, dance, embody resilience, and cast your intentions into the future. Dress-up theme: “Embodied Resilience” Let your outfit tell a story of how you rise and recover. Here are some ideas to spark your imagination:“Rooted & Radiant”Attendees dress in earthy tones (browns, greens, golds) with flowers, leaves, or tree-motifs. Think of grounded beauty with sparkle.Symbol: Tree of Life / Roots & Growth.“Warrior Goddesses”Flowing dresses, gold/silver arm cuffs, headbands, accessories—strong, feminine and fierce.Symbol: Embodied resilience, ancient strength.“Rising from the Ashes” (Phoenix Theme)Reds, oranges, golds with feathers or fiery accents.Symbol: Rebirth, transformation, bouncing back.“I Am Resilient” - Words as PowerInvite women to dress in solid colors with their own empowering word pinned, printed, or painted on their clothing (e.g., “Bold,” “Soft,” “Still,” “Unbreakable”).
