Join us on 11 September 2024 for an unforgettable experience at the NRF|SAAO for your night tour.
The tour starts at the visitor’s center, a visit to our main building, our Museum, the McClean telescope, and if weather permitting, star gazing with the over 120 yrs old McClean telescope , and Dobsonian telescope.
Tour fees go towards the SAAO’s education, public outreach, and socio-economic development programs. Tour bookings must be paid in advance – no payments will be accepted on-site.
This is a secure site and all other buildings are off-limits to the public.
