THE IMMERSIONGet ready to klap a challenge like no other! This is your chance to push your body and mind while soaking up an unforgettable Secret Sunrise movement experience—with a frosty twist. Yep, we’re throwing in a cold water immersion to keep things extra spicy!

We’re running a 3-part series on the first Saturday of February, March, and April. We’ll start with a 5-minute dip in Feb, level up to 7 minutes in March, and end with a full 9-minute immersion in April. Are you game?

WHAT TO EXPECTWe’ll kick things off with some movement and breathing techniques to warm you up and get you in the zone. Then, it’s time for the main event—a collective cold water immersion to some lekker tunes. The goal? To connect with your body, celebrate your inner resilience, and come out feeling alive.

This series is for all levels, and we’ll guide and support each other through the challenge. Just a heads-up: if you can’t get wet, this one might not be for you. Bring your cozzie, something warm for after, and your best “let’s do this” attitude! No need for swimming caps—we’ll only be dunking up to our necks.Expect movement, connection, and a whole lot of dance moves as we take on this icy adventure together.
