July is Madiba Month—a time to honour unity, resilience, and the joy that connects us all. Inspired by Nelson Mandela’s legacy, we gather in the spirit of Ubuntu, embracing our shared humanity across cultures, backgrounds, and generations. This month, we move together as a rainbow nation in motion—dancing, dipping, and uplifting each other in the name of joy and connection.

The Immersion is Back—And We’re Turning Up the Heat (and the Chill)!

We’re thrilled to announce the return of The Immersion—a 3-part Secret Sunrise series taking place on the first Saturday of June, July, and August.This isn’t just about dancing. It’s a soul-tingling experience that blends guided movement, breathwork, music, and an optional (but glorious) cold water immersion to help you reset and reconnect—mind, body, and spirit.

Whether you’re soaking in Madiba-inspired joy, dancing in community, or embracing the cold with courage, this is a celebration of what it means to feel fully alive.

??? Breathe deeply, Move freely, Dip boldly & Sauna slowlyIf you’re not up for a chilly plunge, this one might not be for you—but for those who are, bring a bathing suit, a towel, a warm layer, and an open heart.

Collaborators Bringing the Heat & Heart:We’re teaming up with: Shu Shu Sauna – a mobile sauna experience to warm you up after the dip (add-on tickets available at checkout) Happy Culture – gut-loving kombucha and feel-good vibes in every sip

We’re taking it back to our roots with our Best Dressed Competition running from May 2025 to April 2026. This month’s theme: Madiba Magic ??Dress in celebration of Mandela’s legacy—bold colours, radiant patterns, symbols of freedom, or whatever your expression of joy and unity looks like. Our facilitators will select a Top 3, and YOU, our community, will choose who Out- Dressed the Rest!Prizes worth R1200 from our favourite feel-good brands—Happy Culture and Wazoogles.

For the past 4 years this inspired organisation has taken the headsets and the Secret Sunrise formula and added joy tools - to bring much needed emotional and mental wellness to youth and children.
