The Cape Choral Academy is excited to the 2025 Autumn Choir Festival.

Join us at the Stellenbosch-Welgelegen DR Church on the 9th of May to celebrate the season with the renowned Tygerberg Children’s Choir and Jamestown Sounds represented by Idas Vallei Primary School and Webergedenk Primary School.

Tickets are R90 per person and children under 4 can join their families for free.

The CCA looks forward to welcoming everyone at this special festival.

More about the Cape’s only Choral Academy

On Monday, the 23rd of January 2023, the Cape Choral Academy welcomed the first students and parents on campus as their doors officially opened in Stellenbosch. Situated in the Stellenbosch-Welgelegen Dutch Reformed Church in Dalsig, the CCA promises to offer lifechanging education and opportunities in a picturesque and uplifting scholarly environment to all.

The CCA gives learners from across the country the opportunity to not only develop as musicians but to thrive within a creative environment that produces leaders, innovators, entrepreneurs, and problem-solvers. This organisation is, however, not a normal music school, nor is it just a choir school, and it is definitely not a mainstream school. The CCA is an incubator for young minds that think differently. It is a place for young minds that will bring sustainable change to our communities.
