Gabriel Espi comes to Athletic Club and Social off the back of his full length debut (the Many Moons LP) and a fruitful period of writing, collaboration and study.

A prolific songwriter, producer and performer, Gabriel believes in bringing like-minded people together around music to create moments of magic. His songwriting has a distinct voice, strongly inspired by Brazilian Popular Music (MPB) and jazz. His music engages and surprises, creating original harmonies in a way that is always accessible and emotionally felt.

Tiana Amari (bass) and Portia Sithole (drums) will join Gabriel in holding down the rhythm section, with guest instrumentalists adding their voices along the way.
