Step into the arms of the Great Mother and the medicine of space, connection and comfort. To be with the TRUTH and innate beauty and brutality of being mothers and children of the earth in modern day.

We will explore mothering within the context of creative writing, somatics (simple movement and co-regulation) in community, sharing food, tears and songs.

Since 2022, Mother Nurture has been an online community devoted to creating and modelling a culture that honours the sacred work of Mothers. Born out of the fire of “postpartum depression” (my rite of passage into motherhood), and the drive to educate on Mother Culture, this is the first Mother Nurture of its kind, offline and in the flesh; right here in the Deep South!

Somatics of Spirit is the bridge.

All women are welcome: Mother Nurture serves the frequency of Mother in all beings and things: Mothers tending to children AND the women and communities mothering them.

It takes a village to raise a Mother.

Amy is a spiritual midwife, postpartum care provider, yoga therapist and mother culture mentor. Read more about her work here: https://www.somaticsofspirit.com/

“I don’t know another place that comes close to the depth I’ve seen and felt here on a daily basis. The looseness and ‘unfacilitated but facilitated’ model is a huge part of the potency of the group. It allows the flow. No right and wrong. Everyone held. So grateful” - Candice

“The landscape of my mind has changed since connecting with Amy. I wish everyone had Amy and the community that she is fostering”- Victoria
