SOUND AND LIGHTING:

Our Winter Festival will include our biggest and most impressive Winter themed sound and lighting setup to date to give all attendees a unique and unforgettable experience with a dazzling lighting show, elevated stage and incredible sound equipment.

PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY

- Footage and photos taken at our events by our team of professional photographers and videographers may be used in future on our social pages.

PARENT INFO

Our venue the Portuguese Club has a restaurant/Cafe which will be open to all parents who wish to stay at the venue for the duration of the event.

HEALTH & SAFETY INFO

Perception u18 Experiences aims to provide a safe environment for all of our attendees. We also aim to provide parents with security and peace of mind that their child is in safe hands when they are attending our events.

July 4th Perception attendees will be ensured maximum safety as we will be providing the following safety and security measures:

- Medics on site- A team of qualified security personnel both men and women- District watch (Patrolling the outside perimeters of the venue)
