Join us for this month’s Kirstenhof Community Business Network Breakfast at The Table - CHS Life Centre on Thursday 31 October 2024 - 7am - 9am.

The Network Breakfast started in July 2023 and has connected Kirstenhof Community Business Owners together to support local and network from a heart space over a light breakfast. A networking opportunity for you to Get Into Your Neighbours’ Business! - in a good way! Each breakfast has a guest speaker who speaks about community and business. This month is Mental Health Awareness Month and to honour this very important aspect of life, we are excited to present local Mental Health advocate and Occupational Therapist, Catherine Valentine as our guest speaker. Her topic is:Crisis Mode: How to Support Yourself and Others Through Mental Health Emergencies

Join Catherine Valentine, a seasoned Occupational Therapist and mental health expert with 18 years of experience in various mental health care settings, as she provides essential tools to navigate these challenging situations.
