Join us for this month’s Kirstenhof Community Business Network Breakfast at The Table - CHS Life Centre on Thursday 30 October 2025 - 7am - 9am.
KCBN has connected local businesses with the community, doing business from the heart space. A networking opportunity for you to Get Into Your Neighbours' Business! - in a good way! Each breakfast has a guest speaker who speaks about community and business. It is Mental Health Awareness Month and it is fitting that we welcome Cath Valentine back. As a local Occupational Therapist and Community Wellness Networker, Cath will be sharing her insights around the topic: Know Your Mental Health: From Wellbeing to Warning Signs. The Table will provide breakfast and filter coffee and tea. You are welcome to purchase specialty coffees if you wish.Please stipulate any dietary restrictions.
