The evening centres on wild bees and the intricate intelligence of their world; their adaptations, their evolution and their sacred role in the tapestry of Cape fauna and flora.

Renowned researcher Jenny Cullinan has devoted her life’s work to preserving wild bees and their habitats and will guide us into their mysterious and interwoven world.

Inspired by the frequency of the bees when they gather, Leandra Besters , international sound practitioner whose work explores the healing intelligence of frequency, will attune our nervous systems to calm, gently loosening the static of the day and preparing the mind for curiosity and open-heartedness.

In the spirit of wildness, we honour the intelligence of plants that flourish outside cultivation, without domestication, alive in their wild essence. Wild Nettle, one of the evening’s kind sponsors, will share the quiet medicine of this resilient plant. The nettle reminds us that what is wild restores.

And we gather at Tres Nagual — a beautiful natural perfumery, a space infused with the scent and spirit of the land, a temple to the Cape flora, where scent, sound and story meet.

(**Please note the venue is a retail store during the day and does not have yoga mats, so please bring your own for the sound bath)
