Event Flow:12:00 PM – Arrive, Teatime & Gift CollectionRelax with some herbal teas, infused water and vegan snacks, connect, take photos, and receive your curated self-care gift bag to carry the glow home with you.13:00 PM – Welcome Ceremony: “Awaken Your Light” Gentle sounds and candle ritual as we gather on our mats and open the space with intention.13:20 PM – Movement & Embodiment: “Glow in Motion”A soft, feminine yoga practice to awaken the body, release tension, and cultivate loving awareness.14:20 PM – Inner Radiance Workshop “Nourish to Shine”: A short talk on gut health and mood-elevating foods15:00 PM – Self-Care Mirror Ritual “Mirror Work”: A guided self-love affirmation session with mirrors15:30 PM – Return to Radiance Closing Meditation & Soul Affirmations We wrap the day with a meditation using sound healing, affirmations, and a heartfelt connection to sisterhood and spirit.16:00 PM – Nourishing Light Meal - Takeaway Delight in a wholesome, vegan-friendly appetizer with seasonal, feel-good ingredients to enjoy at home.
